At 26.5” long we created this bolster to support the entirety of your spine. Intentionally designed with a narrow width and gentle lift, lay down with the bolster along your spine to experience these features enhancing your ability to open up through the chest, shoulders, and heartspace. This expansiveness of the front body and lungs facilitates deeper, fuller, and more organic breathing.
Handcrafted just outside Vancouver, Canada, we draw from over 35 years of experience to ensure this tool has a long and durable life. Made from a mindfully curated limited edition print inspired by b,halfmoon’s current season, this cover print is not only beautiful, but also soft to the touch, durable, and shrink-resistant. With carefully constructed interior batting, removable cover, and reinforced carry handle, we design our bolsters to live a long life of supporting your practice.
