Online Product Sales
This agreement is for retailers selling product in a physical retail space. If you'd like to sell Halfmoon products from an online store, let us know after we've approved your application and we'll send you a copy of our online pricing agreement.
Suggested Retail Pricing (SRP)
We all want to make a fair return on our sale of Halfmoon products. Please respect suggested retail prices for the Halfmoon products you sell.
To qualify for Wholesale pricing, orders must be a minimum of $250 CAD (before shipping and taxes).
Orders must be paid in full before we ship them. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Occasionally we have to adjust our prices in response to changes in our costs. This may happen without notice.
Making Changes to an Order
Orders placed before 2:30PM PDT are generally shipped that day. Orders placed after that time are generally shipped the next business day. If you need to make changes to an order you've placed, please let us know right away. We can't make any changes to orders that have already shipped.
Shipping within Canada
We ship for FREE to the Canadian provinces. Shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut is assessed on an order-by-order basis. We'll find you the best rate we can and confirm shipping charges with you before we ship your order.
Shipping to the United States
Shipping to the contiguous United States is assessed at 15% of the order total. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is assessed on an order-by-order basis. We'll find you the best rate we can and confirm shipping charges with you before we ship your order.
The shipping rates above don't apply to expedited orders, or orders with guaranteed delivery dates. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch to make arrangements and we'll find you the best rate we can.
We can't accept returns or exchanges on products purchased with a Wholesale discount. If you're not sure whether a product is right for you, please call us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help.
Damaged/Defective Products and Fulfillment Errors
We take pride in the quality of our products and our order fulfillment practices. In the unlikely event you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item in your shipment, please let us know right away and we'll make it right.
