Unzip cover and pour hulls into a bag. Machine wash cold the cover. Do not bleach. Hang to dry. Refill.

Pleased with my halfmoon - cushion

I purchased mine at a local store, and it does alleviate the discomfort of sitting on a matt or hard floor. I prefer this above a block to sit on, because of the buckwheat hulls keep there place and mold to your body. I have a problem with my sciatica, and have a number of exercises - yoga moves to strength my core and alleviate the pain. This cushion alleviates the pressure on my muscles and I'm hoping it will help me heal. What I'd like to see in your products is a slip cover to hold the husks, one that can be pulled out instead of the mess of emptying them when the need to wash the cover. Please with my purchase. Una
