A standard 4mm thickness allows a moderate cushion, while still being compact enough to take to and from the yoga studio with ease. PRODUCT CARE

• Before using your mat for the first time, clean it thoroughly, then repeat as needed

• Spray with water or our Mat Cleanser and wipe with a sponge or cloth

• Hang or lay flat to air dry before storage

NOTES

• To increase grip, give the mat a salt scrub with coarse salt, let sit, then wipe off with a damp cloth

• Whenever you're done cleaning your mat, always lay flat or hang it to dry

• Practice on the mat with the Halfmoon logo facing up
